VENUE AND FEES

This workshop is open to all, with no registration fee. Will be also included for free:

• bus from Ajaccio airport to Cargèse on Sunday, May 25
• bus from Cargèse to Ajaccio airport on Saturday, May 31
• breakfasts and lunches for the full duration of the workshop
• Aperitif on Monday evening, May 26
• Dinner on Thursday, May 29
• Accomodation

Participants will be accommodated (two people per room) in the Institute's on-site accommodation or in the village of Cargèse.

Bus Schedule upon Arrival – Sunday at Ajaccio Airport:

• 1st departure: after the arrival of the flight at 3:40 pm
• 2nd departure: after the arrival of the flight at 5:55 pm

Important: the bus will only depart once the corresponding flights have arrived. If one of the flights is delayed, the bus will wait.

After collecting your luggage, you will be greeted by someone holding a sign with your name.
An email will be sent to you indicating which bus you should take. Please do not change buses, as seating is limited.

Return Schedule – Saturday Departure:
The return bus schedule from Cargèse will be set at the beginning of the week and communicated on site.
